Sunday School

The Jam Club (Jesus And Me) meets every Sunday during school term time. The JAM club is for young people up to the age of 10. If you'd like to come and join us then come along to church for 9:25.

The children usually start with a 'Circle Time' where they pass around a sock monkey and tell everyone their news. This is followed by a short bible story which leads into an activity sheet from 'Young Church Magazine'. During this work, drinks and pieces of fruit are enjoyed by the children.

We meet in the church and then we go off to have our own time together and come back in to church near the end of the service. We finish at about 10:30. Mums, Dads, grandparents, and older brothers and sisters are very welcome to stay for the service if they wish.

Summer Sunday Schools

The Sunday school will be meeting in Church on the following Sundays. 5 June, 19 June,3 July and 17 July. There will be no Sunday School over the summer holidays and everybody will be getting back together in September.


The most recent event was to celebrate Easter and New Life, when we visited Chestnut Farm where Mr and Mrs Priestley greeted all our children and showed us the ewes with their young lambs. The resultant display of work in the Church's Children's corner, including some super daffodils from Jenny (Rose's granddaughter), gives an inclusive dimension to the church and its worship.
